Before, I never wondered about my own self-awareness. Almost five years in, 30 years old, and on my way to critical rehabilitation, I damn sure needed a visit with self-awareness.
I’ve always struggled with acne (a zit here, cluster there, break-outs everywhere). Especially, now that my immune system is compromised, the slightest pill may cause my life, intestines and/or skin to shift rather drastically. Now with MS it’s an urgent requirement for me to take care of my skin.
Unfortunately, we are all being hit by the devastation of COVID-19. Take a look at my five hacks for how I am battling being a forced social recluse in these times of the COVID Blues.
