Hello.

Welcome to my diary. Here I share my journey and life with multiple sclerosis (MS).

Finding “IT”

Finding “IT”

I don’t know exactly which to give credit to, the change in my diet, me falling enough times and finally realizing I need to slow down or maybe finally admitting I am a new “Muse,” and I now must reinvent myself to successfully survive.

It’s a daily struggle attempting to figure either out, but until then, Ocrevus infusions every six months, hydration, supplements, medicines, hair care, skin care, and health care (avoiding COVID). The list gets longer.

A benefit to MS thus far?Yes, there can be one.

My fiancé and I have truly had to slow-it-down. We talk more on music, game nights, hopes and dreams, life—no longer barely seeing each other because of our careers. I am not the greatest, but I conjured up this hit list for the undesirable moods I have been feeling since COVID and the current unpleasant and blatant reminder that racism has never went away. It has only morphed into society.

Here is where I am...ATM.
